- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. basil
- juice of 1 lemon or lime
- fresh ginger root (optional)
- black pepper
- seasoned salt or garlic powder
Directions

1A gas or regular grill can be used.

2Melt butter with cloves of garlic (finely chopped), rosemary, basil and juice of lemon or lime; fresh ginger root is also good to add.

3Coat chicken with black pepper and seasoned salt or garlic powder.

4Sear chicken on hot grill and baste with butter mixture.

5Will take 25 to 30 minutes if it is a small broiler, cut in half.
