  • 12 grilled chicken breast
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 23 cup broccoli, steamed
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach

Directions

    In a small pot lightly steam broccoli.

    Meanwhile on a dinner plate place cooked pasta, chicken, crushed garlic, and salt.

    Place plate in microwave to heat it.

    Add steamed broccoli to it.

    Grate cheese over the top.

    Sprinkle spinach on it.
