Cool Whip Melba

  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip (tint for color), softened
  • 1 large can peaches or fresh fruit (if canned, save 3 Tbsp. juice)
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Put peaches in a blender and puree.

    Add 3 tablespoons juice and 1/2 cup sugar and mix well.

    Put into greased Cool Whip container layering as you go (bang on table to get air bubbles out).

    Add jelly or fruits to layers if you wish. Freeze for 24 hours.

    Unmold and garnish.

    Leftovers must be returned to freezer.
