  • Live Cherry Stone Clams
  • Oregano
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Ketchup
  • Tabasco Sauce (optional)

    Shuck clams and keep on the half shell with juices. On each clam put a dash each of oregano, black pepper and garlic powder. Top off with a squirt of ketchup and the optional tabasco sauce. Grill each clam on the half shell over medium heat until juices just begin to boil.
