- 1/4 whole Red Onion, Diced
- 1/2 bunches Cilantro, Diced
- 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced
- Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Cumin
- Salt
- Corn Tortilla Chips, To Serve

2Remove husks from corn and lightly coat in olive oil.

3Cook on the bbq right over the flames, charring the corn slightly as you turn it.
