  • 2 cuttlefish without ink
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • 1 shallot chopped
  • 1/4 red pepper chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 10 chives branches small
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Directions

    Clean the cuttlefish, and remove the ink sac. Cut the fish in half, and grill with just a little bit of salt and pepper.

    To prepare the sauce, mix the garlic, shallot, red pepper, and olive oil. Season with a little bit of salt and pepper, add the chives, and finally the vinegar: Mix well.

    Serve with green beans seasoned with a drizzle of olive oil, 2 thyme sprigs, 1 chopped garlic clove, and an arugula salad with pumpkin seeds.
