- 2 cuttlefish without ink
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 shallot chopped
- 1/4 red pepper chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 10 chives branches small
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Directions

1Clean the cuttlefish, and remove the ink sac. Cut the fish in half, and grill with just a little bit of salt and pepper.

2To prepare the sauce, mix the garlic, shallot, red pepper, and olive oil. Season with a little bit of salt and pepper, add the chives, and finally the vinegar: Mix well.

3Serve with green beans seasoned with a drizzle of olive oil, 2 thyme sprigs, 1 chopped garlic clove, and an arugula salad with pumpkin seeds.
