  • 2 Walla Walla onions, peeled
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • coarse sea salt

    Combine olive oil and garlic in a bowl.

    Cut onions and eggplant into 1/2-inch thick slices.
