  • 1 lb. or 2 fish steaks (salmon, tuna, swordfish, grouper, etc.)
  • 2 Tbsp. teriyaki or soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. melted lite oleo

Directions

    Marinate steaks in sauce-oleo mixture for 30 minutes to several hours in refrigerator.

    Cover and bake in 350° oven for 10 minutes for each 1/2-inch thickness.
