- 8 (3 ounce) fillets fresh tuna steaks, 1 inch thick
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup sherry
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

1Place tuna steaks in a shallow baking dish.

2In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, sherry, vegetable oil, fresh lime juice, and garlic.

3Pour the soy sauce mixture over the tuna steaks, and turn to coat.

4Cover, and refrigerate for at least one hour.

5Preheat grill for high heat.

6Lightly oil grill grate.

7Place tuna steaks on grill, and discard remaining marinade.

8Grill for 3 to 6 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
