  • 2 cups Kraft Gourmet Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1/3 cup lemon zest
  • beef sirloin steaks, grilled, chopped
  • 2 qt. frisee
  • 2 qt. watercress
  • 2 qt. Vidalia onions, sliced, grilled
  • 16 each flatbreads (5x8-inch), grilled
  • 1 qt. grape or cherry tomatoes, halved

    Whisk dressing and lemon zest.

    For each serving: Toss 4 oz.
