- 2 lb. fresh halibut or other firm fish
- grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a large dish or Ziploc bag, put lemon juice and rind, garlic and salt.

2Add fish; turn to coat.

3Leave in at least 30 minutes.

4Spread mayonnaise thinly over fish; grill until fish flakes, turning once.

5Serve with sauce.
