- 4 large lake trout fillets with skin
- 1/2 tsp. steak sauce
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- pinch of thyme, basil, oregano
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Mix steak sauce, lemon juice, thyme, basil, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese with mayonnaise.

2Place the fillets, skin side down, on a medium-hot grill.

3Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the fillets and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Use a piece of foil to over the fillets lightly so that the mayonnaise mixture browns.
