  • 8 ounces boneless leg of lamb
  • 1 tablespoon fresh or frozen ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

Directions

    If using a broiler, turn it on.

    Wash and trim lamb.

    Grate the ginger and mince the garlic.

    Mix with sugar, soy sauce and coriander in a bowl large enough to hold the lamb.

    Add the lamb and set aside.

    If using a top-of-the-stove grill, prepare it.

    Grill or broil lamb about 10 minutes, basting with marinade occasionally.

    Slice thinly and serve.
