- 8 ounces boneless leg of lamb
- 1 tablespoon fresh or frozen ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
Directions

1If using a broiler, turn it on.

2Wash and trim lamb.

3Grate the ginger and mince the garlic.

4Mix with sugar, soy sauce and coriander in a bowl large enough to hold the lamb.

5Add the lamb and set aside.

6If using a top-of-the-stove grill, prepare it.

7Grill or broil lamb about 10 minutes, basting with marinade occasionally.

8Slice thinly and serve.
