  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. chili sauce
  • 2 oz. sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke

    Marinate salmon fillets for 3 to 4 hours in refrigerator.
