Grilled Melon and Ham

- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 honeydew melon, sliced into 12 pieces
- 12 (6-inch) wooden bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 20 to 30 minutes
- 12 slices ham, cut in 1/2
Directions

1Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.

2In a small bowl, toss together the lime juice, honey, cayenne pepper, and melon.

3Thread the melon chunks on the wooden skewers and wrap each chunk with ham, tucking in the ends so it stays together.

4Put the skewers on the grill and cook until the ham is just crisp, about 5 minutes on each side.

5Remove the skewers from the grill to a serving platter and serve.
