Grilled Mozzarella And Salami Wedges

  • 2 None flatbreads (such as pita or naan), split
  • 2 tbsp basil pesto
  • 8 None thin salami slices
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 10 None fresh basil leaves, shredded

Directions

    Spread one half of each bread with pesto. Top with salami, cheese and basil. Cover with the other bread half.

    Heat a griddle pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 2 mins each side or until crispy and the cheese has melted.

    Cut into wedges to serve.
