- 1 pound Pizza Dough
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Pizza Sauce
- Leftover Grilled Chicken
- Leftover Brisket
- 1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced
- 1 carton (8 Oz. Size) Mushrooms, Sliced
- 8 ounces, weight Ball Of Mozzarella, Sliced
Directions

1Prepare your grill, making sure that its at a medium temperature.

2Roll out or hand stretch the pizza dough so that dough is about an inch thick (or whatever thickness you likethicker crust for a more deep dish feel, thinner crust for thin-crust style).

3Place dough on the grill for 7 minutes (or until grill marks are visible).

4Flip dough over and spread pizza sauce over the grilled crust.

5Top with meats, veggies, and cheese.

6Let pizza continue to grill until crust is cooked and cheese is melted (about 5 7 minutes).

7Remove from the grill, cut into slices and eat up!
