  • 1 pound Pizza Dough
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Pizza Sauce
  • Leftover Grilled Chicken
  • Leftover Brisket
  • 1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 carton (8 Oz. Size) Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 8 ounces, weight Ball Of Mozzarella, Sliced

Directions

    Prepare your grill, making sure that its at a medium temperature.

    Roll out or hand stretch the pizza dough so that dough is about an inch thick (or whatever thickness you likethicker crust for a more deep dish feel, thinner crust for thin-crust style).

    Place dough on the grill for 7 minutes (or until grill marks are visible).

    Flip dough over and spread pizza sauce over the grilled crust.

    Top with meats, veggies, and cheese.

    Let pizza continue to grill until crust is cooked and cheese is melted (about 5 7 minutes).

    Remove from the grill, cut into slices and eat up!
