  • 4 oz. boneless pork loin chop King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 large fresh s, sliced
  • 1/3 cup instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1 cup frozen cut green beans
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sorbet or sherbet
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water

Directions

    Place pork chop on broiler pan; season with favorite salt-free seasoning.

    Broil until cooked through, or until meat is no longer pink in the center.

    Heat oil in small nonstick skillet over medium heat.

    Add mushrooms and saute 2 to 3 min.

    Add 1/3 cup water and the rice.

    Cover and cook according to package directions.

    Cook green beans according to package instructions; toss with lemon juice to season.
