- 1 onion small, finely chopped
- 1 garlic finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound raw tiger prawns peeled & deveined
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lime
Directions

1Mix the garlic and onion with the vegetable oil.

2Add the prawns and toss.

3Marinate in the refrigerator (at least 3 hrs).

4Grill the prawns on a barbecue or griddle for about 5 minutes, turning once.

5Mix together the salt, pepper and the juice from the lime to make a dip for the prawns.
