  • 4 pieces Salmon Fillets
  • 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce (or Trader Joe's Soyaki)

    Marinate salmon in teriyaki for 1 to 2 hours.

    Heat a grill over medium high heat and scrape the grates clean.

    Using a cloth dipped in oil held by tongs, oil the grill grates starting further away from you and pulling towards you to help keep flare ups away from you.

    Lay salmon on the grill, skin side down.

    Baste with teriyaki sauce and cook with lid closed for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Gently flip the salmon, basting again with the sauce and grill 5 minutes longer.
