- 1/4 c. lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp. thyme, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic (jar)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb. salmon steaks
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients.

2Pour into glass pan.

3Add 1 tablespoon of water.

4Add fish.

5Turn to coat with marinade. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning steaks occasionally.
