- 2 lb. jumbo shrimp
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, seeded and chopped
- grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 c. orange juice
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Peel and clean the shrimp.

2Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl.

3Place shrimp in a large glass bowl.

4Pour marinade over shrimp and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.

5Soak bamboo skewers in water.

6Place shrimp on skewers and grill the shrimp 2 minutes on each side, just until they curl and turn pink, brushing with the marinade.
