- 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Remove fat and outside membrane from meat.

2Score both sides. Cut into 3 x 4-inch pieces diagonally across the grain.

3Combine all ingredients and marinate steak in mixture 1 to 3 hours or more. Put on skewers and grill or broil 4 minutes on one side and 3 on the other.
