Grilled Thai Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 bunch Cilantro, Finely Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil, Chrushed
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Clove
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garam Masala
  • 1 pound Raw Medium To Large Shrimp, Shell On, Deveined

    Combine all ingredients except shrimp and whisk until thoroughly mixed.

    Add shrimp and stir until all shrimp are coated.

    Allow to marinate in the refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.

    In the meantime, soak 8 bamboo skewers in water.

    Thread shrimp onto 2 skewers set 1/2 apart.

    Grill over a medium-hot grill for approximately 2 to 3 minutes each side.

    Serve with rice or couscous and lots of napkins for messy fingers!
