- 3 medium peaches, peeled pitted, and chopped
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
Directions

1Place the chopped peaches in a bowl and mash them with the back of a large spoon.

2Stir in vanilla.

3Add half & half and mix well.

4Pour the mixture into ice cream maker and freeze as usual.

5For firmer ice cream, spoon into container, cover, and freeze for 3 hours.
