  • 3 medium peaches, peeled pitted, and chopped
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups half-and-half cream

Directions

    Place the chopped peaches in a bowl and mash them with the back of a large spoon.

    Stir in vanilla.

    Add half & half and mix well.

    Pour the mixture into ice cream maker and freeze as usual.

    For firmer ice cream, spoon into container, cover, and freeze for 3 hours.
