- aluminum foil
Directions

1Wash and slice your vegetables thin.

2Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil 2 1/2 times as long as the cookie sheet.

4Salt lightly.

5Fold foil over and seal all edges.

6Cook on hot grill about 20 minutes.

7Be careful that vegetables are stacked no more than an inch deep.
