  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 12 ounces elbow macaroni
  • i package Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 15 ounces petite diced tomatoes
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 12 cups water
  • 15 ounces Rotel Tomatoes
  • salt & pepper

Directions

    Brown ground meat with salt, pepper, bell pepper and onion and drain.

    Boil pasta to al dente.

    Mix pasta, meat mixture and remaining ingredients in a large pot.

    Cover and simmer on low 30 minutes.
