  • 2 ea yellow squash
  • 2 ea firm zuccinni
  • 1 ea green bellpepper
  • 1 ea red bell pepper
  • 1 ea onion
  • 6 ea plum tomatoes

    Chop all veggies into bite size pieces. Place in large bowl and pour dressing over, cover, place in refrigerator overnite. Pre-heat grill. Grill Veggies till they are bite tender, NOT SOFT! About 10 - 15 minutes. Serve at once with main course

    I use a wok type affair that has holes in it. the more charred the veggies are, the better.
