  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 8 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
  • 4 whole wheat pita breads
  • Kraft Pure Orange Marmalade
  • Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

    MARINATE vegetables in salad dressing for 15 minutes.

    MEANWHILE slice pita breads in half; brush inside of each with 2 tsp (10 mL) dressing.

    WRAP bread in foil and heat for 15 minutes in warm oven.

    GRILL vegetables until tender, brushing with dressing.

    PLACE veggies in pitas; top with cheeses.
