  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 3 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. mashed strawberries (fresh or frozen, not sweetened)

Directions

    Mix together cake mix, flour and gelatin. Add vegetable oil, water, eggs and strawberries.

    Mix well.

    Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until they test done.
