  • 3 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Loosely packed fresh Basil Leaves Coarsely chopped
  • 1 Medium Red Pepper Cut Lenthwise stem and seeds discarded
  • 1 Medium Yellow Pepper Cut Lenthwise stem and seeds discarded
  • 4 Small Zucchini and/or Yellow Squash Sliced

    1. Prepare Outdoor Grill For covered direct Griling over Medium-High Heat

    2. In Cup mix Oil, Vinegar, salt, pepper, and basil
  3. 3
    3. Place Veggies on Grill Rack. Occasionaly Turn and Brush with herb mixture until done 7-10 minutes

    4. Drizzle veggiesx with any remaining herb mixture and serve
