- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon wasabi powder or 1/2 teaspoon wasabi
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon wasabi powder or 1 teaspoon wasabi
- 1 -2 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
Directions

1Mix soy and 1/2 tsp wasabi.

2Sprinkle over salmon, cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours.

3Combine mayonnaise, 1 tsp wasabi and chives.

4Heat grill to medium.

5Coat a fish basket with non-stick spray.

6Place fillets in basket, skin side down.

7Grill 6-8 minutes or until opaque in the center.

8Top salmon with mayonnaise mixture before serving.
