- 1 c. grits
- 5 c. water
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 roll Kraft cheese
- salt to taste
- 2 eggs and enough milk to make 1 c.
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes, Rice Krispies or bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
Directions

1Cook grits in water until done.

2Cut up butter and cheese into hot grits.

3Let stand until melted.

4Stir to mix well.

5Slightly beat 2 eggs together in 1 cup measure.

6Fill cup with milk.

7Add milk and egg mixture to grits.

8Put all in large shallow buttered baking dish.

9Cover with grated sharp cheese and crushed corn flakes, Rice Krispies or bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
