- 6 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. grits
- 2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 block Velveeta cheese, chopped
- 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 2 to 3 shakes Tabasco sauce
- 3 beaten eggs
Directions

1Boil first 3 ingredients until grits are done.

2Add margarine, stir until melted.

3Add Velveeta.

4Add seasoned salt and Tabasco sauce.

5Mix well and cook thoroughly to allow cheese to melt.

6Add eggs to mixture.

7Pour into a large baking dish and bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until set and slightly brown on top.
