Ground Beef Casserole

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (5 to 7 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion
  • Velveeta cheese slices
  • seasoned salt

Directions

    Chop onion fine.

    Brown onion and beef until pink is gone. Drain excess fat.

    Mix soups together.

    Cook noodles as directed and drain.

    In a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan or 3-quart oblong casserole dish, place noodles, then ground beef.

    Sprinkle with seasoned salt.

    Pour soups over meat.

    Top with slices of cheese. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
