Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp. dry yeast
- 6 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. + 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 3/4 Tbsp. salt
- 20 c. flour
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Add yeast to warm water.

2Let set for 10 minutes.

3Add oil, 1/2 cup

4sugar and salt.

5Stir to dissolve.

6Slowly add flour. Dough should be soft, but not sticky.

7Let raise for 1 hour. Divide into 5 or 6 equal portions.

8Let dough rest 10 minutes. Roll each piece into a 12 x 15-inch rectangle.

9Cut with kitchen scissors every inch or 1 1/2 inches.

10Brush with egg white and 1 tablespoon sugar.

11Let raise until double.

12You can usually get two loaves on 1 jelly roll pan.

13Keep to each side so the sides don't bake together.

14Bake in 375° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
