Ground Beef Casserole

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • 3 slices cheese

Directions

    Cook noodles in salt water until tender.

    Brown ground beef. Add onion and pepper and cook until tender.

    Layer ground beef, noodles, tomato sauce and cream of mushroom soup.

    Place in casserole, sprayed with Pam.

    Cook at 350° for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and place cheese on top.

    Return to oven until cheese is melted.
