- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
- 2 c. cooked peas
- 1 c. Bisquick
Directions

1Saute onion slowly in butter for 3 minutes.

2Add beef and cook over low heat until brown.

3Blend in salt, pepper, milk and peas. Turn into 2-quart casserole dish.

4Make biscuits from

5Bisquick mix.

6Place on top of meat.

7Bake at 450° for 20 minutes until Bisquick biscuits are well browned.
