  • 1 5 oz. pkg. egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • Butter

Directions

    Cook noodles, drain and put into greased casserole.

    Saute onions and peppers in small amount of fat, add meat and brown. Add soup, milk, salt, and pepper to meat mixture.

    Pour over noodles.

    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
