Ground Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2/3 can water in the soup can
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bag mixed frozen vegetables or can of Veg-All, drained
  • American cheese
  • 2 c. mashed potatoes or small bag Tater Tots

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onion; drain off grease.

    Steam frozen vegetables until done.

    Drain off water.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix ground beef, vegetable with 1 can of soup; add 2/3 can of water.

    Pour into baking dish.

    Cover with American cheese and top with mashed potatoes or Tater Tots.

    Bake 1 hour in 350° oven.
