- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2/3 can water in the soup can
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag mixed frozen vegetables or can of Veg-All, drained
- American cheese
- 2 c. mashed potatoes or small bag Tater Tots
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion; drain off grease.

2Steam frozen vegetables until done.

3Drain off water.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Mix ground beef, vegetable with 1 can of soup; add 2/3 can of water.

6Pour into baking dish.

7Cover with American cheese and top with mashed potatoes or Tater Tots.

8Bake 1 hour in 350° oven.
