- 5 3/4 c. tomato juice
- 1 c. stewed tomatoes
- 2 tsp. basil
- 2 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 diced onion
- 1 small can mushrooms or fresh
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder or fresh
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 2 c. French-style beans (1 can or fresh)
Directions

1Brown beef thoroughly and drain.
