  • 3 to 4 diced potatoes
  • 2 to 3 sliced carrots
  • chopped onion (optional)
  • chopped celery (optional)
  • 1 large can peas (reserve juice)
  • 1 lb. browned ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup

Directions

    In casserole dish, layer first 6 ingredients.

    Mix reserved pea juice with tomato soup.

    Pour over ground beef.

    Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours (until vegetables are soft).
