- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 can (small) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can peas (drained)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 5 baby portabello mushrooms, chopped
- 1 salt (to taste)
- 1/2 bag of egg noodles
Directions

1Brown and crumble ground beef til almost fully browned, add chopped mushrooms to the pan and put pot of water on to boil for the noodles (follow instructions on the noodle bag)

2Once fully browned add mushroom soup, sour cream and peas, stir.

3Cook on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes

4Pour over egg noodles and enjoy!

5Try it with my garlic parmasean roasted potatoes
