  • 4 green onions
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 c. julienned carrots
  • 1 medium pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can mushroom gravy
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
