Ground Roasted Rice

  • 300 grams raw sticky rice,or jasmine rice
  • 5 kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalk ,sliced
  • 1 small sliced of galangal
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

    On low heat roast rice with all ingredients on wok or pan until 1/3 turn brown

    Blend all well or leave some rice texture,this will get one jar of ground rice,i use this one for my spicy salad..it give a great smell and texture to the sauce ,and sure your dish will be unique and look real Thai :)
