  • 1 lb. frozen grouper bits, thaw almost completely
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. potato flakes
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp. minced onion flakes
  • seasonings: parsley flakes and dried chives
  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn (optional)

Directions

    Gently heat milk with cans of soup.

    Add grouper bits and cook 10 minutes.

    Add potato flakes and other ingredients.

    Continue cooking gently another 8 minutes.

    Chill.

    At serving time, heat portions in individual bowls in the microwave oven.
