Ingredients
- 2 dozen eggs
- 1 Vidalia onion
- 4 Jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 4 clove Garlic (sliced up)
- 1 gallon White Vinegar
Directions

1Hard boil and peel Eggs.

2While Eggs are boiling, cut Onions in rings then in half.

3Cut Jalapenos into rings.

4Put all ingredients but Eggs and Vinegar in jar.

5Add peeled Eggs to jar.

6May save some Peppers and Onions and intermingle with Eggs while filling jar.

7Heat Vinegar until just before boiling.

8Add Vinegar to jar filling to rim.

9If you want and desire the red color, just add beet juice to achieve the desired color.

10Put lid on and shake to mix together.

11Alow to sit for one week to start (if you can wait that long!)

12A month is better.

13Can refrigerate if you want but not necessary.
