  • 1 Small Whited Onion (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 3 Tsp Lime Juice
  • 3 Tbsp Salsa

    With a sharp knife quarter Avacado

    Remove pit and peel skin away from Avacado

    Mash smooth with a fork

    Add diced onion

    Add all other ingredients one at a time stirring into Avacado

    Let rest in refrigerator

    Serve in a chilled beautiful bowl
