  • 5 avacados
  • 10 chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 squeezed lemon (add juice only)
  • 1/2 chopped jalapeno
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp Spike Vege-sal (Can be found in local health food store)

Directions

    Take the skin off the avacados, remove pits and discard.

    mash avocados in a bowl

    add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix well
  4. 4
    cover and refrigerate until needed or serve right away.

    tastes great with nachos, pitas or rice crackers
