- 10 chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 squeezed lemon (add juice only)
- 1/2 chopped jalapeno
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp Spike Vege-sal (Can be found in local health food store)
Directions

1Take the skin off the avacados, remove pits and discard.

2mash avocados in a bowl

3add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix well

4cover and refrigerate until needed or serve right away.
