- 3 avocados
- 1 lime, juice of
- 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, chopped (to taste)
- 13 cup onion, diced
- 13 cup green pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Cut avacados lengthwise and remove pit.

2Take halved avacado and squeeze skin side up into a bowl.

3Most of the avacado should come out.

4Use a spoon to get remainder.

5Slice lime in half and squeeze juice from both halves over avacados.

6Add chopped cilantro, diced onion, diced green pepper, sour cream, salt and pepper.

7Using a fork, mash and combine ingredients.

8Place in air tight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

9The longer it chills the better it tastes.

10Substitutions: Dried chopped onion for the diced onion.

11Also, you could omit onion and green pepper and just add sliced green onions.
